  • Collaborate with Editors, Designers, Illustrators and other team members
  • Conduct in-depth research on the titles the team will be working on
  • Find reference images and descriptions to go with the research
  • Make sure the research interpreted correctly by the team and the edited and designed versions of the projects are factually correct and .
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of the project
  • Have a user-centric approach to all activities
  • Help ensure all-around consistency (sources, triangulation and representation of data)
  • Understand industry structures and change the research approach depending upon the sector and the geography
  • Gather, research, and analyze data related to various global and regional markets

  • Have worked on all/ any aspect of research: research planning, primary research, secondary research
  • Have experience in working for publications, magazines, etc.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in related fields is highly desirable (can be waived off for exceptionally talented candidates)
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools such as Notion and Slack
  • Have proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Have proficiency in written and oral English communication.
  • Responsible and proactive attitude with an aptitude for learning. Can constantly learn and unlearn, willing to share/teach, and are not afraid of experiments and change.
  • Ability to work on critical timelines and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Are able and interested in being part of a team dedicated to delivering quality work.
