Who are we?

RED is a small team of experience designers that is experimenting, evolving, adapting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, having fun, and loving animals. We will forever be identified by our free, funny, witty appearance. We like to shake things up and refuse to be identified by a single, trademark image.

What would you do?
  • Guard and Promote the Culture – You would be holding the family together and thus help build, promote and manage a culture that promotes growth on the pillars of integrity, respect and excellence. You shall also be a Brand Ambassador (like all of us), taking the spirit of RED beyond the workplace.
  • Ensure a Great Team – You would have to ensure we have a great team / network to work with – internally and externally, and thus manage the entire process from scouting to recruiting to onboarding to off-boarding. This would have you managing job ads on various platforms, scheduling interviews, training, building processes and policies, manage access to the various tools we use, creating salary structures, elegantly managing documentation, preparing / presenting reports, adhering to compliances, etc.
  • Ensure a Great Team – You would have to ensure we have a great team / network to work with – internally and externally, and thus manage the entire process from scouting to recruiting to onboarding to off-boarding. You are someone with:
  • 5-8 years of work experience as a generalist managing talent and administration. Experience working in a fast-paced startup is a plus.
  • Extroversion, and the natural inclination to speak to people.
  • Responsible entrepreneurship running in your veins.
  • Frugality, and insistence on ROI.
  • No love for Microsoft Excel. You should have a knack towards learning and exploring tools and information systems that streamline work.
  • Believer in constantly Learning, Unlearning and Sharing, and having no fear of experiments and change.
  • Liking for Tetris, because it shows you appreciate organising skills, thinking and patience.
  • A notepad / iPad, because you are constantly taking and prioritising notes.
  • Excitement to come to the Noida office (because if you wouldn’t, who would?), and the belief that great work cannot be done only between 9 to 5.

  • [Elimination Round] Deeper Online Interaction (45 minutes) to understand your work, philosophy, process, skills, experience, etc.
  • [Elimination Round] Final Online Interaction (optional).
